Chapter 4

While I was looking at my pictures and starting to write captions, My dad came in and said I should pretend that none of the zoo stuff had happened yet. I should try to think back and write all this as if it were just happening now.

So now I'm looking at the pictures and pretending I've traveled back in time. It's easier than I'd thought it would be. 

I have lots of toys and I like animals.

Tomorrow, I'll see lots of animals since Derek is going to take me to the zoo.

This is the big fountain at the main zoo entrance. The kid is riding a horse with a fish's tail.

They don't have horses with big fishy tales at the zoo, and I don't think the zoo should have a statue of an animal they don't even have.

I'm not even sure this kind of horse really exists.
